Payment Policy - Assessments

Assessments must be paid in full prior to the assessment. If a payment has not cleared by 9am on the day of the assessment, then the assessment will be cancelled.

If you wish to claim a rebate through your private health fund, it is the responsibility of the individual to explore whether the assessment can be covered or partially covered by your health fund. We are not responsible for processing any rebates through your private health fund. It is the responsibility of the individual to pay in full, and lodge the rebate request using the receipt we provide. We do not take any responsibility if you are not reimbursed for the assessment.

If you wish to use your plan-managed NDIS funding to pay for an assessment, this will need to be approved by your plan manager before the assessment. We require approval from your plan manager in writing. An invoice will be sent to your plan manager, with payment required within 7-days following your assessment.

If you wish to use your self-managed NDIS funding to pay for an assessment, this will need to be paid by the individual in full before the assessment occurs. We do not take any responsibility if you are not reimbursed for the assessment.

Please note - reports will not be provided until the assessment is paid in full.

Therapy must be paid in full on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Assessments cancelled within 48-hours, will incur a $300 cancellation fee. This is non-refundable and cannot be used as a downpayment if the assessment is rebooked on another date.
